The Education Committee's area of responsibility is to develop and be responsible for the association's contacts with Uppsala University and the Department of Informatics and Media. The Education Committee acts as the link between the students and the university. It includes monitoring the students' rights and study environment. We also work to improve the study environment for the students and have good cooperation with both the department and the faculty. The Education Committee also works to increase contact with the business community within the framework of the program, this together with the Business Committee.

The committee also strives to be able to assist with students from higher grades to help teach students in lower grades. The Education Committee is also in charge of many other projects that indirectly promote all students studying systems science, regardless of whether it is the program or the courses. Some examples of projects that we run are:

• The Study Cottage
• Contact with new students in various forms
• Contact with Alumni

Once a month we also have committee meetings where all our students are welcome to contribute to the evaluation of our courses. There is also the opportunity to get involved in other ways, such as running projects or kick-offs! But most importantly, share a community with other students regardless of which year or which semester you are studying as a student.
