Company evening 22/2

Would you like the chance to try out your dream job and at the same time meet future employers?

On Wednesday, February 22nd at 5:30 PM, four companies will come to Ekonomikum to briefly introduce themselves and a case that they will be presenting. You can then choose which case and company you think sounds most exciting to work with during the evening. Of course, we will offer dinner!
The first company we would like to introduce is Relay!
Releye is an innovative consulting company that develops customer relationships through business expertise, industry experience and effective IT support. We implement IT solutions with a focus on sales, marketing and customer service processes, often in combination with mobile initiatives. For us, it is important to develop new ideas together with our customers. And have fun while we do it.
Reley's Case:
The company coolstuff sells goods. They have grown rapidly and are having challenges getting their IT support to keep up. At the same time, they need to be present in all digital channels, in addition to the e-commerce solution they have as a complement to the products they sell in (their own?) physical stores. They currently only have customer service by phone and a marketing department that shoots from the hip with, for example, pushbacks on the e-commerce side.
Venture capitalist MoMoney has recently stepped in with a significant amount as they believe the products will hit hard worldwide.
Describe how you want "everything" related to IT to be connected so that Coolstuff's new and old customers feel attracted and part of the premium lifestyle that the brand conveys.
The second company we would like to introduce is Connect!
Connectel is an international telecommunications company that delivers services, support and consulting in most areas related to IT and telephony on a daily basis. We offer a unique focus in areas such as consulting, development, project management and training. We want to learn more and better things that can simplify and create value for those we work with, and so we would like to become some more who can help us in this endeavor forward. During the company evening, Connectel will give those of you who are interested in their company 90 minutes to create a prototype of a mobile application that addresses the area "How learning between students could be better". The work there will be based on creativity, role division, structure and delivery. In other words, a project group in nature. You will use free online tools to carry out the task, where you can bring your own computer but it also works on mobile devices. (Both Apple and Android)

The third company to come is Affecto, who is also our new partner! Affecto is a market leader as a consulting company within Business Intelligence and works to find relevant insights in data and help with analysis, advice and implementation. Affecto operates within Business to Consumer (B2C), Industry and Energy as well as in the financial and public sectors.

Case:
You have been asked to do an analysis of the company Godisfabriken's sales of different types of candy. The company produces two types of candy, Natural candy and Loose candy. These two types of candy consist of five products. Godisfabriken sells its candy to three different stores in the country and now wants to see how the sales of the candy are going. They have therefore contacted you to help analyze the sales data and present it in an appropriate way. You will work in groups to produce a visualization that covers the candy factory's requirements and then present your solution.
The case winner will be the group that makes the best presentation and the best solution so that the sales manager gets a good overview of candy sales.
You will receive more detailed details and data that you need to solve the case on site, sensitive information should not be posted on Facebook....

The fourth company is Swedbank!
Swedbank may not need much of an introduction, as most people have probably already heard of the bank. But with around 8 million private customers and 600,000 corporate customers in Sweden, Estonia, Latvia and Lithuania, Swedbank has the largest customer base in all of these countries. Their IT department works with IT Management, and bringing Swedbank into the future through digitalization and changes in working methods.
Their Case is short and concise:
”"How would you improve Swedbank's Internet bank to make it more user friendly?"”
It's first come, first served, so hurry up and register!
The deadline for registration is February 15th at 6 p.m. Sign up here:
