Extraordinary General Meeting #1 2023
It's time for Uppsala Systemvetare's extraordinary general meeting #1 2023, Wednesday February 15th at 5:15 PM!
During the meeting, we will discuss the items that were tabled during the fall semester's regular meeting.
The meeting will be held on site in room B115 at Ekonomikum.
The agenda for the meeting is tentatively as follows:
- Opening of the meeting
- Election of meeting chairperson
- Election of meeting secretary
- Election of two scrutineers, also tellers of votes
- Announcement of the general meeting in accordance with the statutes
- Approval of agenda
- Voting review
- Election of Vice President Uppsala System Scientists
- Election of Secretary
- Closing of the meeting
