Extraordinary general meeting
Hello all members of Uppsala System Scientists!
This meeting is an extraordinary meeting as we have a vacant position as Chairman of the IT Committee. The position is elected by voting at the association meeting. Both nominations and motions must be received by the board no later than September 19th so that the board has time to prepare the issue for the meeting.

Remember that you can also nominate yourself.
Exercise:
As a member of the association, you can also submit motions to the association to be discussed at the meeting. As a rule, issues raised in motions should concern the association's direction, strategy or other overarching issues.
