The presidency consists of the association's President, Vice President, Treasurer and Secretary.
The Chairman and Vice Chairman are tasked with being the association's public face, convening and leading board meetings, maintaining contacts with other associations, and handling the association's contacts with the department in matters that do not fall within the committees' scope of work.
The Treasurer is responsible for the association's finances and the Secretary is responsible for ensuring that all documentation is managed correctly.
