The Åre trip 2018

Soon it will finally be time for the highlight of winter, the systems scientists' rowing trip!
We know it may feel like a long way off, BUT time flies and to secure your spot at Skiweek, it's time to register now. We hope all the old-timers will join us and many new ones too! The price includes accommodation, lift passes and Skiweek bands, which give you access to lots of great discounts in Åre and free lunch on the slopes.

This is a preliminary registration to secure your place. What needs to be paid now is only 600 SEK, of which you can get 500 SEK back if you change your mind before December 1st.
A second payment of SEK 1360 must be made no later than December 1st.
In other words, there is plenty of time to save up some money if your wallet is empty after the summer. However, we cannot add registrations after September 25th. Late registrations will end up on a reserve list and will not be guaranteed a place.

Payment is made to Uppsala Systemvetare PlusGiro 1314996-8. Don't forget to mark the payment with your ID number from the confirmation email + Åre and your first and last name. ("ID number Åre First name Last name")
Transport to Åre is not included, but we are currently looking at various proposals by bus and train and will be back with more information soon. The price usually ends up between 500-800 SEK.
