Spring meeting 2021

Finally it's time for Uppsala Systemvetares' Spring General Meeting 2021, on May 10th at 3:15 PM! During the meeting, we will, among other things, review the previous board's annual report, the financial results for the 2020 financial year, and the election of auditors. Due to the corona virus (Covid-19), the association will hold its spring meeting via Zoom. Join the meeting via https://uu-se.zoom.us/j/67386963302 no later than 3:15 p.m. on May 10th.

The agenda for the meeting is as follows:
  1. Opening of the meeting
  2. Approval of agenda
  3. Election of meeting chairperson
  4. Election of meeting secretary
  5. Election of two scrutineers, also tellers of votes
  6. Voting review
  7. Review of the previous board's annual report
  8. Review of financial report for the year 2020
  9. Review of audit report
  10. Decision on the adoption of the profit and loss account and balance sheet
  11. Decision on profit allocation
  12. Decision on discharge from liability
  13. Election of auditor
    – Nominated Carl Lundin
  14. Questions referred to the meeting by the board of directors and matters reported by association members in accordance with Chapter 5.
    – Proposal to amend §1 composition of the board
  15. Closing of the meeting
