Extraordinary General Meeting
Welcome to the Association Meeting on February 9th at 6:15 PM in the Faculty Club (H429) at Ekonomikum!
This meeting is extraordinary as the association has two vacant positions:
– Secretary
– Chairman of the Business and Industry Committee
– Chairman of the IT Committee
Take the opportunity to grab one of the last positions on the Board of Directors for 2017-2018 by nominating yourself in the form below, or nominating a friend you think is suitable. Remember that there are no requirements for previous involvement – all members of the association are welcome to apply.
Below are nominations and motions that can be submitted to the meeting.

Nominations are open from now until January 30th.
Nominations can be made by emailing valberedningen@systemvetenskap.nu, alternatively anonymously via this form. It is perfectly okay to nominate yourself. If you have any questions or would like to know more about the various positions, please contact the nomination committee via the email above.
Exercise:
As a member of the association, you can also submit motions, i.e. proposals for the association to be discussed at the meeting. As a rule, issues raised in motions should concern the association's direction, strategy or other overarching issues.

Please note that anonymous motions will not be considered. Motions must be received by the board no later than January 30th so that the board has time to prepare the issue for the meeting.
