Extraordinary General Meeting 2022
It's time for the Extraordinary General Meeting, February 10th at 5:15 PM!
During the meeting, we will, among other things, elect vacant board positions for the association.
The meeting will be held digitally via Zoom.
The agenda for the meeting is tentatively as follows:
- Opening of the meeting
- Approval of agenda
- Election of meeting chairperson
- Election of meeting secretary
- Election of two scrutineers, also tellers of votes
- Voting review
- Election of Chairman Uppsala System Scientists
- Election of Treasurer
- Election of Secretary
- Election of Chairman of the Business and Industry Committee
- Election of Vice-Chairman of the Business and Industry Committee
- Closing of the meeting
