YEAR VT 2023

Now it's almost time for the most fun trip of the year, US TAKEOVER YEAR!

Do you want to ski, chill out at the top cabin, take advantage of Skiweek's many offers, hang out at après-ski, cozy up in the cabin, go clubbing at Bygget? Yes, this trip has a lot to offer and is suitable for everyone.

Registration for the US's largest annual event opens on September 26th, there are a total of 80 places and it is first come, first served! 

Price: 2,790 SEK / person

What is included in the price?

– Accommodation, a cottage/apartment in Tegefjäll that you share with your friends (Departure cleaning included).

– Ski pass, for 5 days (Sunday 15th – Thursday 19th January).

– 20% discount on ski rental.

– The Skiweekband! This gives access to lots of great discounts and experiences.

You will have to arrange your own travel arrangements. In previous years, most systems scientists have booked the same train from Uppsala to Åre. 

Information about registration:

– As a member of US, you can register (course participants and programmers from years 1, 2 and 3).

– Registration is binding, if you do not pay you will lose your place. If you want to resell your ticket, you must resolve it yourself and let us know who the new participant is.

– The payment will be divided into two partial amounts, the first of which must be received no later than 10/10 and the second no later than 17/11. The first payment is 707 SEK and the second is 2083 SEK. 

– When registering, you may name a person you want to live with.

– The link to register will be posted here in the event on September 26th at 10:00 AM but can also be found on the US website under "event".

– It is only when you receive a confirmation email that you are guaranteed a place.
