YEAR 2020

It's finally time for the highlight of the winter, the systems scientists' Åre trip 2020!
We know it may feel like a long way off BUT time is flying by and to secure your spot at skiweek it's time to register now. We hope that there will be many old favorites joining us but also some new ones!

How much does it cost?

• The first payment is SEK 669. This is the registration fee and must be paid by October 18th.
• The second payment of SEK 1626 must be paid no later than November 30th.
• In other words, there's plenty of time to save up some cash if your wallet is empty after the summer, or the kick-off.

Please mark your payment with your registration code, as well as your first and last name.
You can find the registration code in the email you receive when you have registered.

What do you get?

• 4 nights accommodation (including cleaning on the last day!)
• Lift pass (January 19-23)
• Skiweek membership that gives access to lots of great discounts in Åre and free lunch on the slopes.

Rules:

• Please note that registration is binding. Failure to pay does not count as cancellation.
• No unsubscribe after October 18th. If you have registered and then cannot attend, you are responsible for selling your place to someone else. before on October 18th. After you have done so, please inform the Event Committee with your name. If you cannot find someone to take your place, you will have to pay a fee for your cancellation.
  To clarify: After October 18th, you cannot cancel your registration, because then the payment must be in. If you want to cancel before October 18th, you will find someone who wants to take your place before this date and notify the event committee.

Other:

• Transport to Åre is not included, but we recommend taking SJ or Snälltåget. The event committee will be on site on the afternoon of the 19th and we cannot guarantee that you will have access to accommodation or ski passes before 3:00 PM on January 19th. More info to come.
• Ski equipment is not included, but you can bring your own or rent it on site.
